EMT Paramedic Training, Acadian Ambulance

Acadian Ambulance partners with the National EMS Academy for EMT and paramedic training. The National EMS Academy (NEMSA) was formed in 2003 by Acadian Ambulance Service and South Louisiana Community College. The Academy provides courses for entry-level EMTs and paramedics. The National EMS Academy also provides continuing education and training for a number of EMS career pathways and collaborates with other organizations with similar interests.

Currently (early 2014), Acadian Ambulance Services is offering the following (Limited Time) sign on incentives: $7,500 for Paramedics in Lake Charles, Louisiana; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Houma, Louisiana areas AND $10,000 for Paramedics in Southeast Texas (Beaumont area).
